Data Packers and Movers Ltd have certain terms and conditions to be followed by you when you use our services. The terms and conditions are:
- Data Packers and Movers Ltd or its representatives will not be responsible for any kind of damages or loss of your goods due to any natural calamities, unforeseen accidents, fires, riots, or sabotages. Therefore, to avoid such losses, we advise you to insure your shipments to avoid risk.
- We do not undertake electrical, carpentry, or plumbing work. If needed, we will provide those depending upon the availability of the relevant staff with extra charges.
- We bear the risk of your goods, but there is no insurance policy and no receipt from the insurance company will be given.
- We provide storage facilities to our customers at a lower rate. However, for loading, unloading, and local delivery, we charge extra.
- We would be thankful if you inform us 3-4 days earlier to deliver goods with hassle-free packaging.
- It is possible to get extra goods delivered apart from those mentioned in the goods list. However, we will charge extra for such items.
- For car transportation, your car must contain an adequate amount of Petrol or Diesel.
- After local shifting, the corrugated boxes should be returned on the same day. Any delays will be charged for on per day basis.
- We will charge extra in case you call our packers and movers on a subsequent day for your convenience.
- If you want to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation will be rejected once the load has been shipped.
It is to be noted that the above-mentioned terms and conditions may change in the future as per the requirement of Data Packers and Movers Ltd.
